Some are born great, some have greatness thrust upon on them, some achieve greatness and some are simply so greatly out of touch and arrogant that they are not fit to lead a queue at Greggs, never mind lead the country. Nadine Dorries said this week that the two most powerful men in the country, and the men in charge of her party, are arrogant and out of touch posh boys who don't know the price of a pint of milk. At last, some straight talking truth from a Tory!
But did she do them another favour by deflecting the news away from the clusterfcuk that is our Government?
The last couple of weeks have just been one massive shambles after another. Pasties, Granny tax, rebates for the rich, tea for two (hundred and fifty Grand), and then the fabulous home secretary Teresa May.
How on earth did she manage to make such a cock up of deporting the most hated man in Britain, Abu Qatada? So desperate were the Government to gain some good publicity that they missed the biggest open goal since Andy Carrol tripped over his shoe laces and got booked against Newcastle.

Luckily for her Mr Murdoch rode into town looking for trouble just in time. Accusations that Jeremy Hunt, the man who blamed the Hillsborough disaster on hooliganism in 2010, may have broke the ministerial code were attempted to be swept under the political carpet by the resignation of his completely unknown spad Adam Smith, after claiming "it was me Gov" , just in the nick of time to over shadow the double dip recession announcement.
 Really?
How stupid do they think we are or do they just not care?
Every single ideological policy announcement, whether it be a cut in services, a cut in employment, a cut in benefits or raise in tax allowance for millionaires is made with a slimy pompous gleeful smug grin that leaves the Tory lead coalition looking increasingly like bullying, heartless careless incompetent buffoons.
How long can we let them get away with it before the line they keep peddling about the next generation paying for our faults turns into the next two generations paying the price for our mistake in allowing these people to turn our country into an upper class dictatorship?
If you tolerate this your children will be next has never been more true.
They have absolutely no idea what the average working man or woman wants or needs. Nor do they care! They are experimenting and playing games with the lives of young people at school, students, working families and the elderly. Experimenting because none of them have ever lived in the real world or had a real job. They leave their private education clutching their Philosophy, Politics and Economics degrees and waltz right into fast track routes to the house of commons. They look down on us from their ivory towers as though they have a God given right to put us dumb peasants in our place once and for all.
The bungling, ever so slightly poorer but equally as well educated and qualified opposition have no one from real life either. Millionaires bickering with millionaires in the playground.
The only way to change this is to change how the whole system runs. We need normal people representing normal people.
Normal people who have experience of normal issues. Normal people from normal backgrounds
. It is too expensive and too risky for the average man or woman to take the leap into the shark infested waters of politics. It is almost impossible to even get an audience with an MP if you are not rich and influential, let alone attempt to be one.
Why do we not teach politics in primary school? Why do we not teach about trade unions? why do we not teach about responsibility? Why do we not teach teachers to inspire? What would Mr Gove think about that for an idea rather than thinking a St James bible for every school will change anything.
The current political class is Clueless, arrogant, incompetent, self serving, out dated ,out of touch and out of ideas.
